The scientists got is ass-backwards, like with cholesterol. People who are genetically wired to be "laid back," i.e., are the least likely to have a heart attack, are the most likely to take naps. My partner had 2 attacks in his 40's already. He could never nap if his life depended on it. And it doesn't!!
